Hi, I'm the storyteller behind Girl In Alaska — a creator, photographer and trip-planner who has spent her whole life learning the rhythms of this state.
Alaska roots
Grew up between Anchorage and a fishing camp on the Kenai. Most of what I know was learned from neighbors, not guidebooks.
Outdoor focus
Hiking, skiing, packrafting, fly fishing, and an unreasonable amount of time spent driving back roads at golden hour.
Photo + film
Shoot on a Sony A7IV + Mavic 3 Pro. Long-form video for YouTube, vertical edits for IG and TikTok.
Travel philosophy
Slower routes, smaller towns, longer conversations. Pay locals. Leave it cleaner than you found it.
Brand mission
Show the real Alaska — past the glossy cruise-port version — to the people most likely to fall in love with it.
